Welcome to TinyShots! By purchasing, downloading, or using TinyShots, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

TinyShots is operated by Christopher Woggon.

1. Description of Service

TinyShots is a macOS application for capturing, composing, annotating, and exporting polished screenshots.

2. License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use TinyShots on your own devices. The license key is tied to your email address and may not be shared or resold.

3. Pricing and Updates

TinyShots is a one-time purchase. You own it and get free updates. If we ever add cloud-based features, those may be priced separately.

4. Refund Policy

TinyShots offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

5. User Data Collection

When you purchase a license, your name, email, and payment information are collected and processed by our Merchant of Record, DodoPayments. We have access to your name and email for license delivery and customer support purposes. The desktop application itself operates fully offline and does not collect or transmit any data. 6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of TinyShots are the intellectual property of Christopher Woggon. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the application.

Our website may contain links to external websites that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed on such websites.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TinyShots is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of TinyShots.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany.

10. Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of TinyShots after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
